Our technician, Jason, was very personable. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and made sure we understood how to use it! If the rest of the the company is like him then I will happily recommend this AeroCare to others!

Very nice. Explained use of all equipment. Mr Steve Molina took down the old bed for me without a problem. He really helped me out. He is always very pleasant and he knows his equipment. Miss Alicia was very nice and accommodating. She made sure to leave a note for me to be called before they were coming to the house. And Mr Steve called to confirm delivery and to let me know when he was on his way. Thank you both for making a difficult situation easier to deal with. You are good people. ☺️

Jo at AeroCare was awesome! She took her time with each of us explaining how the c-pap machine works and how to maintain it. Then she helped us each individually to choose the best mask.

Easy to find receptionist was very kind patient and explained everything easily. Ms Joy was professional down to earth very detailed caring make sure I understand the machine properly. Made me smile and I felt at ease. Expert with knowledge and precision. All the staff meet all the standard to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you all again.
