My wife, Tommie Gail Brasher, had physical therapy treatments at the Gardendale office in March and April 2019. We paid $244.02 on May 6, 2019. I have no idea why it was so long after, but we received a statement in December 2019 for $134.36. Not knowing why we received this bill I called and left a message. Sometime later a lady named Patty called and said the $244.02 was for March and the $134.36 was I needed to pay to clear the account. This does not make any business sense whatsoever. My furst question is how much was Medicare billed. Thanks for the opportunity to express my concerns.

Hands down, the best physical therapy around! As stated by another reviewer, they treat you like family (in the best way!) What can be better than that! I'm so glad I decided to go here. This is my 2nd time around and I love it! They sincerely are passionate about what they do and do their absolute best to get you back to 100%!

This was the best experience with physical therapy I have ever had. First the staff and therapist were excellent. All overreacting compassionate in their work with me. There were days that I didn't think I could dot it, but once I was there the staff and therapists togeher made comfortable and was told,"we are going to get you better today." All were knowledgeable and provided excellent care overall this was a great experience and would give 10 stars if I could. I am much, much better and my back pain is minimal to the pain I was into the point where I can enjoy life once again. Thank you all!!! 💜
