“My daughter and I was planning on traveling to Jamaica June 2020. Everything paid in full and ready to have an amazing trip until the inevitable happened COVID 19! I was bummed the trip had been cancelled. The trip was rescheduled however, at this point we had lost money from the flights (no insurance) and rooms. The reschedule date didn't fit in our work schedule. UGH!! But, let me tell you Divas Travel went out of their way to accommodate us by offering a place to stay, willing to help pay on the flights just to make sure we could join them. The professionalism was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! At that moment it showed me this company was more concerned about our happiness before their profit!
