“My daughter got her hair done here for the first day of school a while ago and they did a pretty decent job. My regular stylist doesn’t have anything open for a month so I decided to try here. You have to make an account to make an appointment and after I did that, the website doesn’t recognize my sign up. So click forgot password…still nothing. Way too much to book an appointment. I’ve spent a little over 20 minutes just trying to sign up and book an appointment. I’m too frustrated and judging by the other reviews on surprise fees, I’ll pass. And before the owner tries to jump on here and say I’ve never been…I most definitely have and have the receipt to prove it and I’m more than willing to show it if need be. I can also attest to surprise fees. I paid $145 for a silk press. I gave 4 stars because my daughters hair looked good. Took the other star away because of the difficulty of the website (it’s been changed twice since I last booked). Lastly, judging by the owners response’s, I think it’s fair to assume it’s a little “hood” here. What professional do you know responds to a customer’s complaint with “I got TIME today”.”

“Will is very knowledgeable, and generally, I feel I've been given a good price for the work I've had done there. I've had them do about a half dozen repairs on 3 different cars, and every time, the issue has been resolved, and for the price quoted. If I have one complaint, it's that sometimes they don't have space to take a car when I call. However, in fairness, that's not unique to this shop right now (all the shops seem to be slammed recently), and it's probably a testament to their quality of work that they're popular enough to be full at times.”

“Today on 02/02/23 my family and I ordered late and I have to say that the night crew that was working tonight did a phenomenal job. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and took my order. The cook cooked our food within 10-15 minutes and had me out of there. Once I got home my mom said her bacon angus burger was so good that she thought it had to been one of the best burgers she’s had. My food was delicious as well. “Dr. Choi and Dr. Mena were extremely thorough and professional. His receptionist, Jennifer, was welcoming, knowledgeable and one of the best multi-tasker I have had the pleasure of meeting. I was working with several doctors and she consistently booked me around my schedule. Stephanie, the MRI Specialist, was also accommodating. On the day I was scheduled for my MRI her young son had to have a medical procedure done, therefore, I had to be rescheduled. She came in the next day during lunch to conduct my procedure. The only thing that appeared to bother Dr. Choi was my sensitivity to numerous medications. Otherwise, I would highly recommend him and his staff.”

“In response to Margo Taylor's review. Mrs . Taylor, as you know, I almost had no contact with you regarding this project. Yes my NEW salesman Neal was in charge of this project. Neal is new to the company but far from new to the business. He's competent, honest and diligent. He discussed the project with me. He informed me that you wanted to cover the windows and asked me how to price that portion of the job. In other words, Mrs. Taylor, Neal did NOT "change up the game". On the contrary, Neal informed your husband, who was managing the project for you that there would be additional charges to cover the windows. And yes that conversation was subsequent to the quote he had given to your husband. However, your husband did NOT want to pay the additional. In fact he based his argument on the fact that Neal had already given him a price and your husband insisted that he wanted it done but he didnt want to pay for it because he'd already gotten a price. Never mind that the price he'd received DID NOT include covering the windows...Mr Taylor insisted on NOT paying for the extra work. Well...I cannot run my business in that manner. Notwithstanding, I'm supersensitive to the needs of my customers but not to the point of allowing myself or my staff to be manipulated. Your husband then proceeded to denigrate our work and my staff...all totally uncalled for. I made the decision to simply remove all of the material we installed and issue a full refund. Why? I didnt feel that we could make your husband happy...even after i agreed to go ahead and NOT charge the extra money, he still wasn't happy so i removed the material and issued the refund. Thank you very very much for your comments...I sincerely appreciate it!”
