I was referred to this company after recently purchasing a house, and following up on a previous estimate. Matt was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable with the hoops of dealing with an HOA & insurance claim. Lizette, at the office, very pleasant and professional, issued multiple options for payment once the job was completed. Once my contract was in place, my scheduled installation came faster than I was expecting, which was accommodating to my situation.
I had a 5 man crew and these gentlemen were on time, efficient and did an amazing job. I was pleased to see that they worked quickly and safely used rigging harnesses. I have never seen this type of operation before and was fascinated. It was truly and sight and a messy job. Tarps were laid out to capture most of the debris as it came down and clean up was a continuous process. At the completion, residual asphalt was blown away and any lingering nails picked up via magnet. The main roof was completed but a second order had to be made for a small attachment. The did the prep work for the install and came back 3 days later to finish. I love the my new roof, and should I need to use their services again I will not hesitate.
