Busy Bee Carpet Cleaning Hiram

My carpets were heavily soiled since I have 3 kids and pets. The price i was quoted was considerably lower than other companies. Matthew was the tech that cleaned my carpets and I can't say enough good things about him. He was professional and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

I have used Busy Bee several years in a row for my annual carpet cleaning. Matthew does an amazing job; he’s always professional, friendly and on time. He goes above and beyond. Very happy with this company and the work they do.

I am such a bargain shopper and hate paying full price if there is a coupon available. Busy Bee is one of my exceptions. Their services are worth every penny of their prices, which really are very reasonable. We have giant dogs, small children, and a pale sectional, so we are frequently some combination of stinky and/or stained. We used Busy Bee a few months ago and will be calling them again this week. Their service was so prompt I had to push back the date of service they offered because I assumed it would take much longer to get a service date. Matt came out and did a fantastic job. He was both professional and friendly, so much I will be requesting him again when I call to schedule again.

For the commenters upset about your rug or furniture being wet after cleaning, you are definitely right that happens but I don’t understand what you expected otherwise. My hair, clothes, and dishes are also wet after being washed and that’s what’s happening here. I can’t put a sectional in the dryer so I just had to deal with it being damp for a few hours. Plan for the obvious effects of having something cleaned and you’ll be just fine.
