this is the BEST emergency animal hospital in the douglasville area! Apart from being open on Sunday’s, they have some of the most sweetest and fast working people so far. We arrived, called in from the parking lot and in less than 5 minutes of waiting we met the nurse and filled out paperwork and my dog was sent to the back. They gave her fluids, home medication, and so much love for my shy little pup. Hands down an amazing team
What a PHENOMENAL visit! We are extremely impressed with this facility and all of the staff that we dealt with today.
*They are still having people call from the parking lot, just as a heads up, but the number is clearly printed on the door.*
Our indoor/outdoor baby had to be seen for a laceration under her chin. We had never been here before, but there was not a moment that I ever felt like that. I never felt like an inconvenience. The staff is friendly, efficient and has “above and beyond” rating on communication from me!
Thank you for being awesome!!! I highly recommend this facility for all of your fur baby’s needs.

For the last four years we have been using the services provided at Community Animal Clinic for our two cats Zip and Beans. Never did we think that we would have a medical emergency with our cats but when we did the Doctor and staff at community animal clinic were there. One day Beans our 3-year-old orange cat started behaving strangely, he is normally a very playful and sweet cat, so we didn’t think much of it till he started acting aggressive.
The next morning, we rushed Beans to Community Animal Clinic where staff took him in and got to work doing what they do best. It became clear that Beans was having a medical emergency.
As anyone who loves animals knows Beans is a part of our family and this scared us knowing that he was in pain and in a life threatening situation. The staff and doctor were very kind and compassionate while advising us of the bad news and options that we could proceed with.
The doctor performed lifesaving surgery and kept us informed every step of the way. Even through recovery when Beans had to stay in the office, we received a call every day telling us his progress and easing our minds.
When we picked him up to bring him home the staff informed us how to meet his new needs as he now has a special diet and answered all of our questions about after care at home.
We cannot thank Community Animal Clinic enough for saving our Beans it was a horrible situation made better by talented and compassionate professionals. It is a fact that Beans would not be here today without the amazing people at Community Animal Clinic, and I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services going forward.
While they have always been wonderful with regular checkups it’s nice to know we can count on them when things are dire. Beans is alive because of them, and our family is beyond grateful to Community Animal Clinic.
