“4 days before Christmas, I began hearing a drip in the wall behind my shower. After calling another plumbing company who told me he was too busy to bother with me, Nick responded he was just leaving a job and would stop by. Within 2 hours of calling, he found the leak, and replaced the cracked valve and even upgraded my shower faucets. Afterwards, we decided that the real culprit for the crack was my failing pressure relief valve, so he gave me an estimate to fix it and replace my old water heater, at the same time. After comparing his estimate, I discovered his price right in line with other plumbers, so I scheduled this work. Nick (and Nick) are very courteous, work very carefully and clean up afterwards so all you see is shiny new equipment and no mess to clean after they leave. I was very impressed with how thorough they were inspecting their work before they left. I would do business with them again (in fact, I’ve used them twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to call them first)”
