Gloria!! I love her. Awesome manager with a great personality. I personally made a mistake on the app and she still helped and replaced my 4 breakfast burritos. She was so nice about it and made it super easy. I love this location. They really have a good crew and care about their customers. Big shout out to Gloria!

I've been with Dr Hood for almost 10 years now. She is an incredible doctor and is worth dealing with a wait. She's never been pushy about vaccines, She always provides accurate information, and most of her medical staff are quite knowledgeable and kind. I've only had a couple difficulties over the last 10 years. But I would still give her a five stars. I've never had to worry about whether she was over medicating, or treating my son in a way that was run of the mill. Even though it's a busy practice, it's busy for a reason.
I am grateful for Dr Hood and her commitment to my son's health.

I just wanted to brag on Allison for a min. Generally I only like to see Dr. Hood when I come but have felt comfortable with her in the way she interacts with the girls and really makes them feel at home. I can tell she genuinely cares and has been very thorough in the care my girls’ recent ailments.

I have 6 grandkids that goes to the office. It has never been a time I could not get them seen. The doctor's there are great. Dr. Hood was my sons pediatrician, he is 20 years old in college. He still request to see her. I like this practice due to the fact it is family oriented and you get personal care. I am an employee of PCW. I must say working at PCW is and have been a joy. Dr. Hood and the providers are GREAT! Dr. Hood treats me like family not just an employee. PCW is a GREAT PLACE TO WORK.

Dr. Hood has been my pediatrician for both of my children for the last eight years. I absolutely love her she's very experienced and knowledgeable and she does a lot of holistic ways versus just prescribing medicine for everything. She really cares about their nutrition as well. When I struggle with their nutrition she always has great suggestions whether it's food or vitamins. I trust her with my children And she makes me feel very comfortable. I understand some of the other complaints as far as the staff there was a time where I was frustrated with the staff as well. But I would mention this to her and she would always take care of it. As a whole Dr Hood is amazing!!!! She really care about her patients!
