“This small park has restrooms, parking, playground and views of the South River. There are also lookouts and an entrance to the river for kayakers. Taking the paved path south will take you all the way to the Holy Spirit monastery (Approx 3miles). (The bridge leading to the monastery was closed for repairs on 2/6/24). Taking the path north will take you 1.1 mi to South Rockdale Community Park. (A section of this path was under construction on 2/6/24). This is a quiet, clean park that isn't usually busy.”
