He provides whole group and individualized training, talks, walks, and eats his regimen for healthy athletes, and leads his track club with respect, organization, and consistency. In addition, he provides lifelong memories through photos and videos. I personally, have witnessed the growth, progress, and improvements mentally and physically in my son over the last few months. He works and trains hard and has lots of fun doing it.
