“We adopted our sweet boy Frisco here in December 2006. Frisco was our friend and companion for 13 wonderful years. We adopted him when my son was 4, and he was my son's best buddy. Frisco slept with him and followed him around the house, always wanting (and getting) a chin scratch or a snuggle. Frisco passed away at 13 1/2 years old on December 04, 2019. If love was the cure he would have lived forever. We love him so much and miss him terribly. I originally wrote this review when Frisco was alive and healthy, saying, "I am very impressed with the quality and durability of this cat. Other than the usual feline vomiting, he has been a fine companion and we look forward to many more years together." Turns out, the time we had left with Frisco wasn't enough. No amount of time would have been. Rest in peace, buddy. We love you.”

“This is a great place! Nice clean facility and great institutors. I joined this gym because I seen the instructors outside one day working out and they were getting it in! I’ve always felt if someone is going to train me they have to be shape themselves. The work outs are intense and for my first time working out without the regular weights that are in most gyms... it’s like night and day. I don’t feel that negative impact on my joints and thats a plus.So,if you’re looking for a Cross-fit workout, this is the place!!! See you in class!”
