“Such an awesome experience with James and the KTM team. After having a leak that caused water to enter our closet through a light fixture (oof!), we had a different roofer come out for an estimate, and he told us we needed an entirely new roof! We were aghast as the previous owners had just replaced the entire 6 years ago. We then asked a neighbor/friend who is also (very conveniently!) a contractor. She recommended KTM. We called and James showed up the following Monday. Very easy to schedule over the phone and their front desk person was incredibly kind and professional. James quoted us for a partial replacement of a small area of our roof - cost a fraction of what we would’ve paid with the other guy. The service itself was quick, relatively quiet (at least not jarring), and done in maybe 2 hours at most. 10/10 experience. The service was great, and I never once felt like James was trying to make a quick buck off it us, but the level of professionalism and kindness truly makes KTM our new roofer of choice. Hopefully we won’t need a roof repair for a while, but if we do, we have James on speed dial. Thanks y’all!”

“May 2021: I was looking for a roof inspection for a property I was looking to purchase over the weekend (no one works the weekend anymore). However, MRRC does and Keith was my inspector. On the initial call Keith was easy to talk to. I described what I was looking for and he informed me of what to expect. His availability was quick and fit perfectly into my schedule. Keith is very responsive to calls as well as text messages and emails; you just don't get that too often these days. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and explained the conditions both verbally and written in a way that I (who might I add has no clue about roofs) could understand. “Best experience we’ve had with a contractor. Roof looks amazing! Done in a day and left no sign they were even here aside from the drastically improved roof. Took down a load bearing wall and did minimal damage to the ceiling. Had it done in half a day. Referred two other great contractors for projects they don’t handle.
