Orientation for the rental was thorough but simple enough to follow step by step. Be sure to have completed the online boating safety course prior to arrival. Map posted of lake for those not as familiar. Clean boat, a-c and generator worked perfect. Paradise Boat rentals located in Park Marina. Plenty of parking for our 9am rental.”

“But, what do they do when everything doesn’t go right? We bought our Viaggio Lago from Marietta Marine in October of 2021. Our boat was on the showroom floor but because of supply chain issues, outside of their control, the engine wasn’t in yet. When the deadline for the engine to arrive passed, and passed again, Danielle stepped into action along with Super Blue and came up with a great solution that made all of us happy. We picked up the boat a few days later. Super Blue did a great on lake demo with us and made sure we were comfortable with the boat and all was good. We took it in for its first service in April. Through some miscommunication, the boat was left out in the pollen while in for service. We weren’t too happy when we got the boat back…. But it gets worse…. As we were idling out of the Marina waving goodbye to Flip (that guy is great too) who just dropped off the boat, it suddenly died on us and would not restart. I called Dean from the boat to let him know what was going on…. He immediately called our Marina to get us a tow, turned Flip around and our boat was back on the trailer heading back to the Marina in less than 15 minutes. Dean stepped up right away. Turned out the gas line got pinched somehow. One of those fluky - nobodies fault type things. They put a new one on. Gave us a full detail and delivered the boat back in pristine and good working condition. It’s great when everything goes right, but I’m always more impressed with what someone or a company will do when things don’t go right. Clearly, from all the other reviews on here, they’re doing it right but the two times we needed them they stepped up big time and they have earned a loyal customer. Danielle, Blue, Dean and Flip the Man! Thank y’all for taking care of us. See you soon.”

“I initially wrote a review about Tate the Great, and while I had ambivalent emotions about their performance, I was ultimately dissatisfied with the fact that I had damaged items and after months of back and forth with a claims company I couldn't contact, those items were never repaired/replaced. I reluctantly decided to post my negative review. Within minutes of posting the review, the owner himself called me to rectify the situation. He apologized immediately and offered to repair the items I specifically mentioned in my review. To me this is the best possible outcome of writing a reivew. A company that truly cares about their name and the satisfaction of their customers. He was unaware of my grievances and wished he knew sooner. Although there were some setbacks, his response and expeditious movement to action make me not even hesitate to use them if I need to move again. Those companies that make excuses for a customer being dissatisfied without even an attempt to rectify the situation, please take note, this is how it's done.”
