“PCH / Palolo has a 2 story older wing, a one story new wing shaped like a rectangle, and an administration building that seems to be empty most of the time. The entire facility has an interesting history contained in their archives, including a Kapiolani Community College term paper under my real name done around 2013. I would recommend anyone to put their loved ones here.”
