“We looked at reviews before ordering, so we ordered easy on the sauce and extra cheese for the cheese pizza and it was perfect. Also had a great Hawaiian pizza and the lasagna was perfect; a little heavy on the sauce on top but the lasagna was great. The garlic knots were just slightly underdone, so they were a 50-50 hit (some people like baked items slightly underdone). Overall, 5/5 and highly recommend.”

The staff is so kind and accommodating, and you will 100% leave happy. The food is amazing and reaches the table so so quickly, and the train is an absolute delight. “Delicious food and great service. They don't take reservations but they do walk-ups (first-come-first-serve). Worth the money for delicious "cook your own" and "all you can eat." Cocktails are ono. The grills are great and have excellent smoke ventilation that suck the smoke away. Hair still smells like BBQ at the end of the evening but at least your stomach is full and happy. Definitely recommend.”

“Four years ago I left a poor review for this place. I have been back on several occasions over the last few years. Each time I go they have improved dramatically. “Amazing place! Ordered omelette with side of pancakes and it was too much to finish. Great fluffy pancakes. The next time we were there we ordered the french toast. Two thumbs way up. It would be 5 stars if it was better at getting a table. We checked in but didn't seem to matter. After check in we waited outside as instructed but people who came after us and waited inside got seated faster”

“Had an amazing first Luau ever! As soon as we arrived, the staff was pleasant and nice. They were very organized and got the crowd moving in a good timely fashion. The mask mandate was lifted today so it was nice to not have to wear masks whilst outdoors. The hostess/MC was sweet and very informative of what to expect throughout the evening. Given with a pandemic going on, they did the very best with the "buffet" served and plated individually. The crowd was in good spirits and the dance shows were amazing! Amazing experience, thank you to the wonderful staff and to the performers!”

“This place is awesome! The staff was incredible and was totally helpful from the start. We bought the deluxe package and they ensured we didn't have to lift a finger. They grabbed our cocktails, brought out our food for us (non-deluxe luau participants have to go walk to the buffet themselves) and made sure we were taken care of. Performance-wise, it was AMAZING! The dances were entrancing and mesmerizing. The dancers are awesome. The fire dance was... EYE OPENING! And the music was awesome! Let your guide know why you're there (anniversary, birthday, etc) and they'll happily oblige and add you to the festivities. I think we'll be coming back next time we come back to the islands.”

“Excellent customer service! Longhi's Ko Olina and Andrew, the manager, went out of their way to assist us (in the middle of a pandemic) to treat a client to a night out who was vacationing in Oahu. With no hotel concierge to assist with these courtesies we found the restaurant and staff went out of their way to make this night a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The client was profuse in his appreciation and his party remarked on a great meal, great atmosphere and excellent service.”
