If a piece of equipment is unavailable, simply switch to another exercise and return to it later. It's a great way to keep your workout dynamic! The pool is an unexpected bonus. It’s an excellent cardio option and is almost always empty, providing a peaceful escape within the gym environment. Additionally, the gym's affordability makes it an even better value. The nurse practioner Nolin was thorough, knowledgeable, smart, and caring. Wait was about 20 minutes, and there were maybe three people there before me, so very reasonable. If you're looking for a great place to do physical therapy or have therapeutic massage look no further. Street parking is readily available and close to the business.
