I’ve found that visiting in the mid-morning is ideal, as the gym is typically less crowded. While some reviews mention overcrowding, I believe it’s about timing and flexibility. If a piece of equipment is unavailable, simply switch to another exercise and return to it later. It's a great way to keep your workout dynamic! The pool is an unexpected bonus. It’s an excellent cardio option and is almost always empty, providing a peaceful escape within the gym environment. Additionally, the gym's affordability makes it an even better value. The staff is friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend the Kapolei 24 Hour Fitness to anyone seeking a convenient, affordable, and enjoyable fitness experience. “When you go on vacation do you ever think about getting your haircut? Well you should! If you are staying in Ko Olina, then I definitely recommend you book an appointment with the wonderfully talented Pascal at the Laniwai salon!! They are located on the first floor at the Disney Aulani Resort. Pascal is the most talented stylist that has ever cut my hair. It is magical what he is able to do with my fine/thin hair and he somehow gives it texture in body without thinning it out. It is amazing! It is priceless to be able to sit down in a stylist chair without worrying and that definitely happens at this salon. Talking to Pascal is like talking to a friend. He listens carefully to what you want to do and then he works his magic. He finds the best way to cut and style your hair, based on how the hair grows and the thickness of your hair. It is so reassuring and enjoyable! I know that your time on vacation is valuable, but it is absolutely worth taking an hour from your day to visit Pascal. You will be thankful that you did! He offers a variety of ladies haircuts, men’s haircuts , and beautiful braiding, as well as special occasion updos. This salon uses the Oribe luxury hair care line and my hair loved it! Whether you are visiting Ko Olina , or whether you live here, you should treat yourself and go and see Pascal. Your hair will thank you!”

“The services were amazing! I highly recommend adding the hot oil hair treatment and leaving it in as long as you can. The facility was just enjoyable for what you would expect from a 5 star facility. I was really hoping that there would be more to experience as I had planned for 3-4 hours relaxing in a tranquil environment. Here is what I found. The cold plunge fits one person at a time. The hot tub in the locker room was not quite warm enough. There is no indoor lounge that accommodates meditation just a waiting room. The outdoor lounge accommodates 3 comfortably but everyone coming in looks right down on you which is not ideal. Hawaii is still very into using masks be prepared to wear it during the massage even when face down. The facility is very clean and staff is very Gracious. I would go back but only for the services.”

“5/5 I love my eyelash extensions that Tammy the owner of Envy Eyes MedSpa did for me! I waited two weeks to do a review, as I wanted to see how well they stayed on, and I am still very happy with them. I also purchase the kit that came with the lash shampoo, makeup remover, lash lock and brushes. The makeup remover works amazing! It took my eyeshadow off easily. The lash shampoo really feels like it cleans and refreshes my lashes. Their spa was clean and smelled beautiful. If I lived here I would definitely be a returning customer.”
