She helped me set up reminders so we would not run out , and she always had encouraging words to share. Since I was care giving and working full time.... her suggestions, concern and personality certainly eased some stress in my life. Mom left us in November and it's taking time for healing. I'm glad to say I was finally able to speak to Lance today and share my aloha and mahalo for her compassion. I could feel her hug thru the phone when we spoke of the challenge of losing my Mom. “Cute spot with extremely knowledgeable staff! Mono was a standout. They have a variety of different tasting macadamia nuts and coffee. The location also acts as a nice rest stop. The only downside to this experience was when I requested additional coffee. The staff member I notified told me the coffee is for samples ONLY( yes I knew that), it was only when she checked the coffee dispenser did she realize that it was empty. I can't say her accusation felt good.”
