“Dr Kent is a life changer at least he did mine. After Hollingshead left me seeing double in my left eye, after he practiced on my eyes, Dr Kent has me seeing perfectly. When I complained at Hollingshead about have two imagines in my left eye the Doc said “ we said you would see 20/25, but we didn’t say clearly”. Kind of sounded like a salesman to me, what do you think? Not only did Dr Kent improve my life he did it in a friendly professional manner. His staff is simply marvelous. It’s been four years now and I am thankful every day.”

“I have used Costco, Albertsons, and Fred Meyer and we pick up medications monthly for years now. It has been a nightmare after covid at the pharmacies. I am empathetic that they are understaffed but I am not empathetic when they are rude, condescending and unprofessional. I switched to rite aid and I thought I was time warped to a different planet. It was easy no lines the pharmacist was cheerful and helpful. I was confused for a second because bad service had just become the norm. Thank you Rite Aid for making my day start out with a smile!!!”

“From the initial phone call to make the appointment to the day of my appointment, the service was amazing. His staff was so kind and helpful. Dr. Bates listened to me intently and really tried to understand my needs. He let me talk without interrupting and acted like he had all the time in the world to just be there for me. I didn't want a provider that would give me a pain pill--I wanted to get better through different modalities. His knowledge base was astounding and he was able to explain things very clearly. If you want someone who is well versed in many different treatment options then see Dr. Bates! If you're expecting narcotics, don't waste yours or his time! You owe it to yourself to explore many options and Dr. Bates is the one to give you those options.”

“I developed a knee problem that forced me to stop running, so I decided to give PT a try. I went to Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy because they were located close to my work and had early morning appointments. Jeff and Zac helped me understand where my knee pain was coming from and they developed a plan to get me back to pre-injury condition. I'm now running without pain and my knee feels stronger than before! Hopefully I don't, but if I have PT needs in the future I'll go see Jeff and his staff at Idaho Spine and Sports PT - Meridian.”

“I am a long time patient of Dr Kent's Caldwell office and have always been pleased with my visits. There is one person who always stands out and goes above and beyond to take care of me....Char Reed!! She is always friendly, knowlegeable and so very helpful with making sure my glasses fit correctly. I have prisms in my glasses and am always showing up at the office to have them frames adjusted as the minute my frame is not sitting right I am not seeing right. Char is always available to get them corrected. No one else at either clinic does it right but Char. I told Char I will follow her if she were ever to leave Dr Kent....Which I sincerely hope she doesn't!!”

“I just got home from a dental emergency that Doctor Butterfield helped me out with. This is almost 10pm on a Thursday night. I am from out of town (California) and during a late dinner my temporary crown popped right off. I was scared and my raw gums and tooth were sensitive and in pain. I didn’t know what to do and my husband started Googling emergency dentists. Within an hour Dr. Butterfield met us at Stone Creek Dental in Meridian and he cleaned everything up. Before, the temporary crown was very tight and hurting my gums and tooth next to it, but he also fixed that before reattaching the crown!!! ??? He gave us excellent service, a healing bottle of rinse and excellent advice on pain management. I am sitting here and for the first time in a week I have NO PAIN in this tooth. This doctor is remarkable! You cannot go to a better dentist with a better bedside manner! He is better than any dentist I ever went to in California!”
