“Alin, at Overland Key Bank in Meridian was so great to work with. My dog had chewed off corner of a hundred dollar bill. I took to my key bank on Fairview and Locust Grove and gray haired lady looked at it and said she wouldn’t take it and to mail to treasure!!! I told her I have been with key bank over 30 years!! I asked for address for treasure and she told me to google it under gov.com. I was very upset. I Left and I then called another key bank and Alin checked with his manager and was happy to exchange for another hundred dollar bill because less than 85 percentile chewed bill was missing and he said he would send to treasure. Exceptional customer service!! Thank you Alin!!!! That bank will be where I go from now on!! No going back to bank on Fairview and Locust Grove!!”
