I went to Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy because they were located close to my work and had early morning appointments. I was never one to like counselors or willing to work with them when I saw them but Sheila has been my favorite counselor after going through about 10 counselors since age 5. Sheila will work with you and also if your not wanting to talk about “negative” or “deep” stuff that counseling session she absolutely won’t make you and will do something else to make the session easier. Her office is very welcoming and clean. I am grateful to have found her and to have given her a try because I would not ever go to a different counselor except her. She’s very patient and will work with you in any way she knows how, she doesn’t give up on her patients!”

“We have been going to Dr. Tingey for a few years now. He is so easy to talk to and fun! Our kids don't ever hesitate to have to visit him. They sorta actually like visiting the Orthodontist. :) Even when it meant having an expander put in or knowing that braces are inevitable! The people that are there are very kind and will make sure you are comfortable and okay with anything that you need. Most appointments are 10-20 minutes, and, they have a various amount of frames.
