“PA Tom D is an excellent provider along with MA Shane. I always feel he listens well and provides solutions to my chronic ear issues. What I don’t appreciate is the scheduling at SWI, scheduling 2 people for the same time slot, Tom takes the time needed with each patient, but due to SWI scheduling, getting behind is inevitable. He’s worth the time, just need to plan to be at your 10 min appt at least 45 min.”

“I took my FJ Cruiser to Trax for a 3" suspension lift, 17" wheels, 33" tires, and new running boards. When I walked in the door, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but really didn't have any specific ideas with regard to style of wheels, tires, etc. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. He gave honest opinions and after listening to a description of what I wanted he literally pulled up the perfect set of wheels on his first attempt. Then we moved to tires, where once again he nailed it on the first attempt to show me a set of tires. He asked great questions about what I wanted to do with the vehicle and then suggested the right suspension. After all that was set, I mentioned that I didn't like my existing running boards, so once again he asked a few questions about what I needed and then pulled up the perfect set of running boards online. He quoted a price that stayed within my price range and set a date for the work to be completed. I was so impressed with the quality of work, along with the fact that they stuck to the original price quote and timeline. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it, and finished it on time. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his team at Trax Customs.”

“Pam is an excellent contractor. Had a leak in roof, she was right there fixing problem. Decided to have roof replaced, 25 years old. Did not pressure me to replace roof, my choice. She worked me in to schedule, followed up, checked on progress several times. She has been back to check on it several times. Very particular. Made sure roof matched house paint, went extra mile to paint vents, pipes so they matched roof. Her crew is A-1.”

The office is like going to a spa and very relaxing. The staff, Susan and Mercedes are always friendly and helpful! “Don't take it from the people who can't spell the word "been" this is an excellent school and I'm very glad I registered this year. staff is ready and willing to help, if you need a break just talk to your teacher they will let you go outside and get fresh air for a little bit, go to the restroom whenever you need to, and you can sign up for hot lunch if you don't bring one yourself. Reading the other reviews made me laugh because they're either not enrolled here or have absolutely no idea how the school works. The school is only good if you really try. If you just sit there all day and don't ask for help, obviously you won't do so good.”
