“This has been an amazing journey! I really like the model the clinic uses, with a combination of working with a physical therapist and a trainer. Staff has been great- positive, supportive, encouraging and so very skilled and knowledgeable! Chronic back pain (compression fracture of the lumbar spine) is why I sought treatment. Not only was that addressed, but my spine is more limber. For the first time ever I can bend over and touch my toes. I so appreciated the time taken to explain what was happening physiologically, the purpose of the various treatment modalities, and what to expect. “After 6 months of shoulder pain I finally went to Dr. Rosenlund. I could not even shoot a free throw. I thought I had torn my rotator cuff or something. I only saw him 4 times over 4 weeks and now no pain. He worked around my schedule for appointments and he did not waste my time by having me come back in when I didn't need to. It's been 4 months and still no pain. I can shoot free throws again. I just wish I could get them to go in. My advise to anyone with pain- why wait and live in pain, just go see Dr. Rosenlund!”

“I've been going to Heather/Vitality for the last three years. I've suffered from heavy periods and low back pain, and was finally diagnosed with fibroids which required extensive surgery. Even after surgery, I continued to have chronic back pain which impacted day to day activity. My OB recommended heavy duty pain killers and a hysterectomy when I could no longer tolerate the pain. I turned to acupuncture as a last resort to be even moderately relieved from the chronic pain I was experiencing. I started feeling relief after about 3 or 4 sessions, and was nearly pain free after about two months of treatment. I now come in for "maintenance" and for any other issues I may be experiencing (e.g. allergies, anxiety). I can't speak more highly of Heather. She listens, and is personable and wants to problem solve collaboratively. It's refreshing to be heard by a medical practitioner, and have your input be valued, and not have pills/surgery pushed as curatives. Do not hesitate to try Vitality.”
