(January 14, 2022, 11:30 am)New customer. It's more of a human experience talking to everyone at this bank so far. Knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Sometimes it's easy to follow the prompts for easy issues. When the easy issue got complicated because of an error not on their part, but mine, the two wonderful ladies I have spoke to at the bank are worth more than their wage....Hint hint. Lol. Thanks for treating me like an old regular customer even though I'm new.
