“I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for a few years. Today I received the news that my Aussie is terminally ill with kidney failure. The whole staff has been extremely compassionate and kind to us. Dr. Lankford is very knowledgeable and caring. She spent a long time with me on the phone explaining Rocky’s diagnosis and discussing our treatment options. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. They have always treated our dogs expertly and their prices are very reasonable. Update: we had to put Rocky down today. Everyone was very kind and compassionate, especially the doctor and the tech.”

“I’m not sure who Dr Hall was, but he appears to have been loved by many so I’m sure he was great. To those that are unhappy with the change in ownership, I would say I understand that change can be hard. From life events, jobs, and yes our beloved pets. My experience with IPH today was great. (First time visitor) All the gals there were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The Dr seemed to be experienced, and was very patient and loving towards my dog. I have absolutely zero connection to this place or it’s staff. This was simply my experience. It’s awesome that Dr Hall was loved, but don’t let a change in season fuel your negative thoughts towards this place. Change is a given in life. We adapt, learn, and progress through it. As for me, I had a great experience and would feel confident bringing my dog here again. Thank you.”
