Never judgmental or make you feel insecure about your teeth, and I've come in with some bad abscesses. They always makes sure I can get in (same day) when I have emergency tooth problems. One time he skipped his lunch just to make sure I got taken care of. Will definitely not go to anyone else! He doesn't treat you like another paycheck . “Awesome dentist office. The hygienist Evan made it the most comfortable (as much as possible) dentist experience I've ever had. He was calming and made my experience low anxiety and pain. The front desk, dentist and hygienist answered all my questions and I had a lot. So happy I came here for my dental needs. I had a cleaning done and it was awesome. More work ahead but oddly enough I am not as nervous and couldnt be happy enough to get my work done here.”

So helpful at the appointment and then later when I called for more information. I cannot recommend Dr. Swanson highly enough! At both visits, she was friendly and took her time to make sure all of the concerns we had were addressed. I especially liked that each employee talked to by sons, as those were the patients. They both felt listened to and understood. Dr. Swanson made sure the boys both knew what was discussed and allowed them to be part of the conversation and decision for treatment. What a great place!”

There is one person who always stands out and goes above and beyond to take care of me....Char Reed!! She is always friendly, knowlegeable and so very helpful with making sure my glasses fit correctly. I have prisms in my glasses and am always showing up at the office to have them frames adjusted as the minute my frame is not sitting right I am not seeing right. Char is always available to get them corrected. No one else at either clinic does it right but Char. I told Char I will follow her if she were ever to leave Dr Kent....Which I sincerely hope she doesn't!!”

“I set up an appointment to get my ears cleaned, the only time they had was at 3:30 p.m. I did ask the lady who answered the phone how much the cleaning would be, she stated $45 which was a great deal compared to primary health. I took off work today due to the hearing loss, figuring I would be able to get my ears cleaned at 3:30 and move on with my day and go back to work the next day. The reason I'm giving a four-star review is because even though they did not charge me the $45 for going in and not getting the service, I wasted a whole day when I could have gone somewhere else to get my ears cleaned because they don't have the spray bottle there that places like primary health will use. My recommendation is if you need an ear cleaning that uses that spray bottle don't go to this place, they will turn you away.”

“I’ve learned the hard way not to recommend good doctors or mechanics, since once the secret is out it becomes impossible to get an appointment yourself. I’m making an exception for this clinic because they have set a limit on the number of patients they’ll except to allow the time to provide the level of care they’d want for themselves. Beside the fact that everyone who works there is great, Dr. Price-Miller has figured out how to work with people like my husband (who tries to avoid doctors, is a man of few words, and just follows orders) and like me (who wants to understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and work with my doctor to get better). I really appreciate their secure system which allows me to see test results, request renewals for medications, and communicate with my doctor at any time without having to go in for an appointment. Yes, it’s and extra fee on top of insurance, but to have an excellent doctor who actually gives you the time you need and lives by the term patient CARE is a rare find and something we feel is worth it.”
