“I stopped by there last week, no appt and chatted with another customer who was waiting for their appt. I have a 89 year old friend in a memory care facility and wanted to have his hearing aid ends changed. I left and decided to come back later. Apparently the customer told him what I wanted. Gage came out to my car and told me to come back inside. I left them with him for an hour or so and he fixed them without charge and my friend hadn’t even purchased them there! He was a previous customer, though. Was very pleased with his service and thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!”

“This Primary Health is awesome. The doctors, PA's, nurses and medical assistants and office staff are professional, kind and knowledgeable. We never have issues getting an appointment and the wait for urgent care is almost nothing. If you go in there, ask for Amanda and tell her what an awesome job she does. She is a miracle worker when it comes to dealing with insurance and referrals to specialists. She has handled our notoriously difficult insurance company on many occasions and taken a huge stress away. This office understands the value and meaning of customer service and what a great bedside manner is really about.”
