Once seated we were greeted by our server Alaina. She was really sweet took our drink order and brought them promptly. We ordered our food with no issues and it was delicious. “This is my 3rd natural beauty salon and I can finally say I’ve found a stylist. Before I talk about the great qualities, much must be said about the front desk and the miscommunication. I called 1 week prior to scheduling an appointment. I asked the receptionist to give me a moment as I wanted to read reviews to determine which hairdresser I will go with as this was my first time. I called her back about 5 minutes later and stated, “I will go with Miss Casey”. She corrected me and said “Casey is a man” which didn’t bother me one bit. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as I didn’t want to be late. I introduced myself and stated I was here for Casey. The receptionist immediately became confused and said I was booked with someone else. I insisted that is NOT who I asked for and I wanted Casey if possible. Casey overheard and walked over. He politely and generously apologized for the mixup and offered to start me but I had to wait as he already booked another woman under my time slot. The only issue with that was I had something scheduled after my hair appointment and couldn’t make it so I was quite frustrated. Now about Casey. What a wonderful stylist! He’s amazing. He was punctual (considering the e mix up). Directive with questions about my hair. Trimmed well. Fast and washed my hair so well while explaining what products he was using every step of the way. Casey I hope one day you open your own salon. You are destined for greatness As far as the front desk they need someone more mature and organized. Lastly, when I asked to speak to Casey the receptionist told me —- “no, the stylist don’t talk to customers.” I found this odd but went along with it. Had they allowed a conversation like I asked, perhaps we could have avoided this double booking and my disappointment that I had to wait to be seen although I was given a time slot. Overall I will return but it won’t be frequently.”

This is such great pizza and such great staff right here in our back yard. Pizza was very tasty and the crisp edges make it.
