“I've been going to Heather/Vitality for the last three years. I've suffered from heavy periods and low back pain, and was finally diagnosed with fibroids which required extensive surgery. Even after surgery, I continued to have chronic back pain which impacted day to day activity. My OB recommended heavy duty pain killers and a hysterectomy when I could no longer tolerate the pain. I turned to acupuncture as a last resort to be even moderately relieved from the chronic pain I was experiencing. I started feeling relief after about 3 or 4 sessions, and was nearly pain free after about two months of treatment. I now come in for "maintenance" and for any other issues I may be experiencing (e.g. allergies, anxiety). I can't speak more highly of Heather. She listens, and is personable and wants to problem solve collaboratively. It's refreshing to be heard by a medical practitioner, and have your input be valued, and not have pills/surgery pushed as curatives. Do not hesitate to try Vitality.”

“We attended a large family reunion at River Canyon Retreat, and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our group of 70+ people. We were able to gather, eat together, and enjoyed the many activities on site. The kids loved the bounce house, climbing wall and hot tub. We were able to make our own meals in the well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed local things to do such as river running, hiking, and a Starlight MountainTheater play. “Stopped at this place on a whim to try some local ID beers. Was not disappointed! Really enjoyed meeting the brewer and talking about the beers and the business. Great beers. Stand outs were the Bit O’Honey and the Irish red ale. The black IPA was a great as well. Fun labels and a relaxed atmosphere. Almost missed the patio in the heat but enjoyed sitting out there for about half a beer. Really want to make it back for mead season!!”
