“I have lived in Nampa for 20 years, and been a water sewer trash user all along. The way water shut-offs are handled is not friendly or cheap. The billing office people are okay on a good day. However the trash carriers are good at taking my trash away. And the people who come to my home/neighborhood to work on the water and sewer are friendly and do a good job. About 5 years ago I had a sink hole in my alley, that my car partially fell into. The water department and other city departments came and fixed the hole. This was late on a Saturday night in freezing conditions. They even began hand digging to find the leak, before the power and gas people could get out and Mark their lines. Two summers ago the water meter cover and box broke. Fortunately my meter and line were fine. My meter is under my driveway so the cover and box look like a manhole and is designed to be driven on. The water department people came that day and looked at it. Before the gentleman left he told me it would be 3 days, because they needed to order the part from back early. Three days later I looked out after lunch and two water department employees were hand digging out the old box. It was over 100 degrees when they finished installing the new one. Then today I called, because I had very low water pressure. The gentlemen came and we determined the problem was on my side of the meter. I asked them to turn off the water at the meter, because I don't have a house shutoff. The shut off valve was jammed. They called a different crew to replace the valve and shut off the water. I called at 8:45am the water was off by 10 am. I called a plumber and maybe I'll see him tomorrow. I've had them over so much I was joking about how I was going to get blacklisted, the waterworker immediately said they don't blackball people or discriminate.”

“Having bought a fixer-upper, I have dealt with a lot of different trades over the last several months, but none can hold a candle to E&H Roofing! Their crew put all of the other crews that worked on my house to shame with their speed, efficiency, and pride in craftsmanship. John always kept me updated on the timeline when weather impacted the schedule, and I had no surprises regarding the budget and what any proposed changes would cost. The best part of the whole experience however was their project manager, Christine. I would recommend anyone working with E&H Roofing request her as their project manager, because she is a rock star! Her attention to detail is second to none, and she made sure everything moved along as quickly and smoothly as possible. She frequently kept us apprised of the progress and anticipated all potential problems and worked with us to avoid them. Any questions or requests we had she addressed immediately. Replacing our steep Tudor-style roof was a major undertaking, but Christine made sure to minimize the impact the project had on our property as much as possible. To top off this amazing experience, the roofing crew was very professional and conscientious and just overall awesome! They were working with a new type of eco-friendly roofing, but you wouldn’t know it by how quickly and professionally they got the job done. I’ve already recommended E&H Roofing to several people, because I know they’ll be in good hands. I just wish all contractors were this awesome. If you need a new roof, E&H Roofing should be your only call!”

“Lived here for 8 years and it was a great community. Pools are convient and the Merc is well equipped for your hungry needs. Great atmosphere at night. Plenty of wildlife to nearby and right next to hillish areas for hiking and mountain biking. It may not have a Wal-mart but it does the job. The school is also great, I was enrolled from 2nd grade to 6th and I had a lot of fun in between.”

“After a concrete truck on I-84 shot gravel at me and peppered my windshield with TWO spiderwebs (and another crack), Bret had me fixed up less than 40 minutes later. The repairs are invisible, and Bret's even a fun guy to shoot the breeze with! I will be returning today with my wife's car, to have a couple of chips repaired. Bret even walked me through the easy process of covering this with insurance (I was not aware that even though my policy has a $500 deductible, windshield repairs have no deductible... nice!).”
