“What a great place to stop in and have a meal. It's where the locals go. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. If your lucky you can score a place along the wall of windows to have a view of the water. Stopped in and had biscuits and gravy. Served as one, two or four biscuits. Two was filling for me but I could have easily shoved two more in if I had them in front of me. The biscuits had a great texture and were not hard as rocks like some places. The gravy had a good flavor to them and definitely were not bland. Great place to stop in and relax and have a great meal.”

“We had the catfish fritters. Huge dinner portion, very tasty with light crispy breading. Delicious. Fries were good, coleslaw was excellent. But what made the visit was the service. Very sweet waitress, she was attentive and proud of her town, we were able to hear all about Hardin.”

“The help was awesome. All though it was over an hour wait. She brought us fresh drinks and acknowledged us being there!! I just had shrimp and fries you can't hardly mess up the shrimp the fries were cold and disgusting... Didn't want to complain cuz I figured the shrimp would be cold by the time they re-cooked my fries... Other family member got catfish sandwich and a baked potato the catfish was amazing. The baked potato had been in the oven way too long and for $3.50 wasn't worth the time!!. I know they've just opened and they're trying to get everything lined out we'll go back and try again;;”
