Our experience here was very good. Out flight was not delayed and the food was also good. The facilities were nice and so was the employees. The pricing was average. The place was also good at managing all the people as to not seem too crowded at once. I would gladly come back here and would recommend this place to others.
This airport is on the larger scale of airports. We suggest giving yourself at least an hour to catch your connection because it can take a fair amount of time to switch shuttles from section to section of this airport.
All in all the airport was quite clean and the staff were extremely courteous and kind. We would be happy to have a layover in this airport again and Chicago is a great city with some fabulous airports and great food to choose from.
Great airport. The signs are not in the least bit confusing, and the terminals are very well organized, too. It is very easy to get around the airport, and there is a very wide selection of stores and restaurants past security. I do have one complaint, though, and that’s how congested it gets here — crowd control can be improved here, but when there are so many people flying in and out, what are you going to do?
Wanted to share how much I enjoyed Burrito Beach bowl meal (across from gate K4).
100% grass fed beef, black beans, cheese n guacamole on bed if spring greens. So delicious and definitely worth the $12. The "bowl" is of earth friendly, bio degradable paper :))
