“We just moved into the neighborhood and have been in for tamales three times this week alone. Sunday morning there was a line five people deep. Tuesday afternoon the line was only a couple people deep. Friday late afternoon the line was out the door. The staff and patrons are friendly. Prices are good. The food is hot, fresh, and so delicious. The green chicken tamales and the cheese and pepper tamales are my favorite so far.”

“7.10.18 Nothing beats a Provolone Mushroom burger well done (highly recommended) with nothing but mustard form here, add a hot dog with fries and you have a great, quick take home dinner. 9/17/17 Uh oh I ordered a Combo sausage/Italian beef with large fries then a Fish sandwich (no tartar sauce) with small fries. The order taker seemed like she was paying attention to the customer before me for some odd reason than taking my order. When I finally got home I had only a Combo sausage/Italian beef a Fish sandwich (no tartar sauce) and a large order of fries. No separate order of small fries at all. Obviously Sunday is not a good day to go. The BBQ Beef is recommended goes Great with the Pizza Puff and fries! Easy parking and quick customer service. I went back because I really wanted to try three items: Hot dog onion rings and the chili. I got a small chili and it was fantastic, not too spicy and not bland. The Onion rings were cooked just right and were good dipped in the chili. The hot dogs themselves were seasoned and topped correctly the Chicago way, but the bun was hard so it kinda put off the whole hot dog”
