“Entering a Subway is a normal experience where you know what you want because you've been there a thousand times. This particular restaurant is a little different. Although you have to wade through a little broken English sometimes, customer service is where this place shines. This sandwich is already made to your specifications so there is no room for error. However, they like to talk to their customers get to know them and make small talk because they understand this issues with main stream restaurants. This brings me to my 4/5 review. The only place they failed me is because they closing down they didn't toast my whole sandwich. They just toasted the bacon. Not what I was looking for but understandable. Hence my mark down.”

“Grew up in Chicago but have been living in Seattle for the past five years. I'd missed the food of home so much! I'm so glad we decided to go here on my trip back to Illinois. Our family was a rowdy party of eleven, but our server was sweet and patient with us the whole time. The food was great, we loved the cozy atmosphere, and can't wait to visit again on my next trip home.”
