One Personnel in particular makes me feel that my things are safe and secure. This PS Rep is Cheryl. She makes me feel comfort in knowing that ppl are trust worthy. Cheryl through her kindness and great customer service puts this Public Storage on the map. To Cheryl’s higher management, she has taken the most difficult experience of moving to making it feel like it’s not bad at all. I have had hard times however when she has to call me for payment, she is always so gracious and understanding. She is one of compassion and definitely deserves to be recognized.
