“I have always had a great experience with Hearing Life and the Staff is exceptional. I must admit I am a little disappointed due to a current situation. I misplaced/lost one of my hearing aids. After. I couldn't find it I called and ordered a replacement. Thankfully, I was still under warranty. Well, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and after they did some checking was told my aid was delivered but they did not get it. So, they reordered it. I have yet to receive my aid and it's been a while. I found my aid and called and wanted to cancel but was advised that it was non refundable and that I should just keep it as an extra one. Well, I feel since I have waited so long and I know it's not their fault it was delivered, but they didn't receive it, I just think exceptions should be made and a gesture of good would be to refund my money. That's why I didn't give five stars. Customer Service is everything.”

The staff is awesome. Donna is wonderful and when I had an insurance mixup (not their fault) they held off the billing until I got the problem fixed. “Dr. Gagnon is amazing. He fixes the problem...not just mask the symptoms and does so with no drugs, shots or surgery! He fixed my plantar fasciitis about 3 years ago and it has not returned! About a month ago I injured my knee to the point where I could barely walk. I went to an orthopedic doctor because of my insurance and he recommended steroid injection, 900mg of ibuprofen and physical therapy. I went to Dr Gagnon and he went to work to fix the problem! After about the 4th visit I could put weight on it and was going up and downstairs normally! I can’t say enough about Dr. Gagnon and he comes highly recommended!!”
