“Work appears to be very good. Some plastic pieces were left in the car after the airbag was installed. Also there was no sticker to indicate that the oil was changed and when the next oil change would be due. It would be nice if Fox Ford Lincoln would give a quick wash of the car as other dealers do.”

He then escorted me (not directed, huge difference) over to the Parts Department where Bill took care of my issue and I was out the door in five minutes.
