“My technician, Ed Morales, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. Although, the prices were a little high. Mr. Morales, showed me the price guide. The price guide, explains each service, and it’s cost. I have used Mr. Mighty previously. Because I am a repeat customer (and because I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Mr. Mighty), I asked the customer service center, about incentives, discounts, or deals that I could get. They offered a 5% discount. That discount, isn’t reasonable. I have a $6,000 job coming up. For pricing, I am checking with multiple companies. If you want your job done correctly, then go with Mr. Mighty...but be prepared to spend a lot of money. They have great services, but terrible prices.”
