“Pretty decent meal and most importantly fast service! Without a doubt there are better places in Chicago but you also have to think it’s airport food so comparing it to places in the city isn’t a fair comparison. I got the Chicago style dog which I would highly recommend especially to someone who isn’t from Chicago to have something different (this guy from North Carolina and the south loved it). It was a good meal and most importantly quick! They get you in and out which is great for the airport or you can stay a while and have a drink if you get a flight delay (fingers crossed you don’t but happens)!”

“One of the best lounges I've been in. The flagship lounge is invite-only so you need a certain level status to get in otherwise you will be sent to their other lounge. To enter, you will need a flagship lounge invitation card given at the reception. The lounge itself is very spacey and clean. There is a dedicated customer service spot for you to sort out any problems with your flights. I slipped the day before and needed the aisle seat to stretch my leg but due to the ticket type I bought, they were unable to change me into another seat even though there was a lot of space on the plane. In order to change, I would need to pay like any other passenger so no special treatment here. Overall it is a great lounge, they even have sushi and truffle chips! The only two things I need to make my experience great.”

“Extremely kind staff! My flip flop broke on the airplane so I had to desperately walk around barefoot until I found a shop with shoes. The woman at the front double checked their back cart because I didn’t see my size. Was able to get my size and She told me about their pedicure services! Unfortunately I didn’t have time, but the manager was a lifesaver and offered to clean off my feet from walking around on the nasty airport floors. She was very nice and made my day :) I’ll be coming back whenever I have a layover. Thank ladies”

“I forgot to take a pic, of the Hawaiian flat bread meal, it's awesome. I have had mixed service through the years, once they forgot to make my meal. It's always busy, if it takes more than 15 minutes to get your meal, then ask.about it. GREAT place to get here early and eat and relax. ONCE PAST security, food and service decline rapidly. It costs, as expected. It's a choice of here or McDonald's.”

“Great place for an airport. Milk alternatives. Very friendly staff!! Coffee was great as well. Got a mocha iced coffee and didn’t need any extra sugar as the mocha was sufficient and finished it quick because it was so good! There was no line when I arrived, but there can be about a 5 minute wait at times since there is only one register. Right by the food court so if you want a table you can walk right over.”

“The pizza here is good, don't get me wrong, but for $15, a little more of each topping would be a reasonable expectation. The crust is good though. I've had the Margarita, Sausage and BBQ chicken pizzas at various times, and they're all tasty. Good pie, not great, but hey, you're in an airport, so you can't expect the best!”

“I’ve been eyeballing this place until today. The best way to describe it is a small diner kitchen. I had a Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwich. As in diners, the presentation wasn’t the best but the taste was really good! They asked me if I wanted sweet or spicy peppers. I chose sweet ones and I liked my sandwich. It had a very generous amount of meat for the price. They got four stars for amount of food and for taste. Chicago O’Hare does not have a lot of food options. So, you make do... :-) I’ll be coming back to try their other food.”

“Not surprisingly Chicago's biggest corporate brewery has it's own place in Chicago's biggest airport. Of course all the beer choices are from Goose Island which depending on your tastes is either a good thing or bad thing. The rest of the place is your standard airport sports bar with ESPN on the televisions. A pint here costs the same as it does down the concourse so there are no deals here, just a place to relax and watch the planes go by.”
