“We love Dr. Patrick :) He's very good with our little baby girl and he makes you feel comfortable and gives time for you to ask any questions you might have. Once we went with another doctor there and the dr seemed disinterested and unengaged - not sure if the dr was having a bad day, but now we always request Dr. Patrick because we know we like him. The only down side is that he is only available on Tuesdays/Thursdays in the Elgin East office so appointments in our favorite/closer location are not so flexible. But we highly recommend him!”

“Dr.Ellen is very professional and a 5 star rating for her bed side manners. She takes her time and make sure her patients/patients parents are satisfied. She patiently answers all of my question and explain them as well(and believe me I have a lot). When she got the blood test results for my daughter despite her busy schedule she called me right away. She wasn't rushing when she left me a voicemail and clearly explained to me the test results. I totally recommend her as a Primary Pediatrician.”

“We had our car fixed here in the summer because my air conditioning went out. Quotes from other shops were extremely high and we found this shop was competitively priced. They did an excellent job in less time then quoted by other shops like Firestone. The Manager and his staff were so friendly too. Then today I had a light showing low tire pressure, drove there and they waited on me immediately. They checked all my tires without any charge. Just a smile and good customer relations. “This is a great hobby. My son has been interested and playing since this location opened almost a year ago. Matt the manager is super inviting and makes this hobby really fun. We go there at least every other weekend and never had a bad experience with anyone that plays there. Matt and this store brings the community together in a very fun social way. “This place never lets me down! We went to CVS today to find NYE party supplies. Nothing. Went to Dollar+ More and the owner greeted me as soon as I opened the door with a party mask on and a smile. They had a mother load of NYE party supplies! They never fail when I need a party helium balloon for a birthday or if I need a cheap toy for the kids. Paper plates, cups, random dish supplies...you name it! Check this place out first before you go hunting elsewhere. They probably have it!”

“Aaron and Chris are two if the most customer centric sales representatives that I have ever encountered in a Sprint Store. I drive past two other stores to go to this Elgin location because the are the most knowledgeable and helpful. They really put the customer first and they have earned my repeat business. “Please note this is for the PHARMACY. The staff here is excellent. Full-time and most part-time technicians habla espanol. Quick turnaround to fill any of your prescriptions. Offer almost every vaccine you can think of (tetanus, shingles, flu, pneumonia, meningitis, hepatitis, gardasil) and bill most every insurance available. Why go across the street to a pharmacy named after a wall's paint color, when you can come here and wait 10-15 minutes. You'll be helped by a pleasant staff member with a smile!!!”
