They truly delivered 5 star quality. I was anxious about using a moving service it they put all of my worries to rest. This was the least stressful move I've ever had. The movers: Junior, Sandro, Victor, and Chino showed up within the promised window. They were professional, informative, friendly, and took great care of my items. They worked quickly and efficiently wasting no time.
I would recommend Elite Moving and Storage to anyone looking for an affordable and high quality moving service.
(August 23, 2020, 5:00 pm)Our experience with Elite from beginning to end was excellent. James Garcia, our customer rep was terrific in setting up our move and doing all he could for us to choose Elite. They were not the least expensive mover we interviewed, but right From the start they seemed to be the most caring and willing to do what it took to ensure all our things would be handled carefully and professionally. And they were.
The four young movers who moved us included Alejandro, who was the foreman. We were really impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and care given to our furniture. Everything was carefully wrapped and arrived in the same shape it had left. We had one large decorative Eames storage unit that needed to be crated and moved very carefully; it was delivered in perfect condition. The movers even disposed for us in the alley furniture pieces we didn’t want to take with us. Once we were done at the new place, all empty moving boxes were broken down and put out by the trash.
I would hire Elite again in a flash the next time we move.

They were friendly, listens and responded to our questions/requests and were very respectful of our property. We highly recommend them-you will not be disappointed!
