“This place is okay; the employees work very hard. I sometimes see only one person working since its very understaffed. However, the smoothie is not blended well and I can feel strings of fruit, popping boba and tapioca is not always fresh and sticky surfaces. “First of all, the pizza was delicious! Detroit style is way different than Chicago, but both are tasty. The manager, Brandon was very friendly and patient on the phone with me. I was placing an order for 60 people, and he walked me through the menu, and helped me put to my order together. His ideas about what mix of pizzas to order was very helpful, and my Team at Toyota of Lincolnwood loved their lunch today! We will definitely order from there again. Thanks for your help Brandon! “A Jewish friends from the area suggested we pop in. It was a Sunday afternoon, the was a live band, tons of people. My wife and our friend loved the food. “I'm surprised I am leaving a 5 star review for this location, I have been here quite a few times for recreational, birthdays and have left pretty disappointed a few times, due to the condition of the place not being up to par and several games/ machines were broken and out of commission. But....... My toddler loves I mean LOVES this place and insisted on having his party here. After much back and forth with a toddler and checking out other locations I decided to have it here for him as this location is closer to our home and would be much more accommodating for our guest. I set myself up to be disappointed, but my experience was everything but... I was so surprised how clean it was that day, it was super cool, all the games were working and the kids had a blast! My assigned assistant was super helpful, attentive and overall very professional and nice! I really had a great experience from beginning to end, so often we go out of our way to complain it's so important for us to sing praises to a job well done. My son was so happy for his special day and for that I am grateful!!”
