I can't believe in just 2 1/2 months how much my physique has changed. I've never been a club guy. I always worked out at home didn't like waiting around to use equipment. At Premier your in and out in 1 hour and the workout is incredible! Goran is a great instructor and motivator. He is always pushing you for your best effort! I'm 53 years old and my goal is to have six pack abs by next summer. Something I haven't seen since my early twenties! They are there for you as an individual, while the group classes have great camaraderie. There are also several different workout areas, so you don't have to look at everyone or have everyone looking at you. In general there is an easy going and non-judgemental atmosphere.
