“We have had a great experience at Attea. The teachers have been wonderful and they have worked hard to keep the curriculum applicable to real life so that the students understand why they are learning what they are. It is a very interactive environment and the assignments are not the run of the mill read the book and answer questions. Of course, reading and writing are very important, but there are a lot of assignments given that involve real life experience and it teaches the students how they will use those skills when they get out of school. It makes the learning process so much more enjoyable. The creative arts like drama, art and music programs are top notch and there are tons of clubs and extracurricular activities. So everyone can find something to get involved in. The principal has a standard of excellence that we found refreshing. His energy and positive approach really sets the tone for the school. Honestly, you almost have to try to do poorly there because there is so much support available and so much opportunity for students to take advantage of. We are very happy with the school. ”
