“The Orland store was hard to find because of the directions on Google. But we were able to find it. My husband and I was just plan on browsing for prices and make a purchase for early next year. However, when we walk in, we was approach by Mr Dan who was very friendly and helpful. We told him we were just wanted some prices for a King size bed. We laid on a couple of beds and Dan adjust it to our comfort .My husband has severe back problems and he notice the difference right away. To top it off, Sleep Number had a huge sale going on. We couldn't passed up the offer, we were at the right place at the right time and made the purchase. This is our first time ever visiting the store. Thank goodness for the tv commercial. We are excited and can't wait to get our new bed. Mr. Dan was very thorough and told us everything we needed to know including the warranty.”

“Our dryer suddenly broke the Saturday before Christmas. Sears could not come out until Christmas Eve which led me to seek out someone quicker. I read the reviews and I felt confident Jim's could help us out. Jim was very personable on the phone and at first was unable to come until after Christmas. I explained my dilemma with the holiday approaching and he said he would call me right back. Within minutes Jim called and said Dave would be out in a few hours. Dave was right on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes and repaired it within a few more minutes. Dave was so helpful and the company's quick response during a very busy time was very appreciated. I would recommend Jim's to anyone for their appliance repair needs.”
