(May 4, 2021, 12:19 am)Nothing but good things to say here! Ended up getting a unit bigger than planned, but I’m super pleased with it! More affordable than anywhere else in town. Beautiful place inside and out. Linda and her husband were fabulous! I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about this place.

(March 23, 2021, 8:29 pm)It took a few weeks to get a unit that I needed, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason that they do not get 5 stars is because the facility does not have individual alarms for the storage units. Instead you have to pay an extra fee to insure your stuff from fire, flood and theft. Other than that, it is a nice clean faciltiy.
(January 23, 2021, 12:21 pm)The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the fountain is very pleasing to view. This is the nicest storage and RV storage facility in Modesto. You can pay online, over the phone or stop by the office. Friendly couple running it.
(July 26, 2020, 4:04 am)Helped my sister find storage in her area. Derrel's had the best price & actually had a 10x10 unit available! When we arrived my sister said "This is the best looking storage facility I've seen." It has nice landscaping & a large fountain waterfall out front. The Mgr. Ms. MacDonald was both knowledgeable & personable. She made it a very pleasant experience! We both recommend this Derrel's Storage facility to all.
