“I love this store. I go often. I only have one complaint. The jewelry is not for all customers. Only the junk jewelry is put in the counter. Tonight I was told if I wanted the single pearl necklace I saw in a large bag, I would have to buy the whole bag for a whopping $130.00.You heard me right...$130. I was told wholesalers come once a week to pick up the good jewelry and pay by the pound. I thought Goodwill was non-profit. I thought they get stuff free and it is open to the public. I thought they help use the money to help employ people. This did not meet my expectations. Anyone should be able to purchase any of the jewelry they want. Not wholesalers.”

“Every time I go here the food is amazing. Quality Mexican dishes for a good price. In the summer there is seating in a small courtyard outside with about four tables. You can order ahead and pick up when ready, but they don't deliver. It's a great location I'm surprised it isn't busier!”

“When we refinanced our house through Wintrust we used Greater Illinois Title Company to sign the papers. We went to the Westchester location. We found the receptionist friendly and courteous and enjoyed some free coffee while we waited (we arrived early). The gentleman that assisted us was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. We probably won't be getting another home loan for quite some time, but I would certainly opt to use this title company again if we did.”

“Food is super and reasonable. Duck is. Crispy and tender. Waitresses are friendly and courteous. Soups are favorable and served hot. Rye bread is homemade. Dinners are served with coffee and homemade desserts. BBQ ribs are sucullent and tender. Combo meals are very good. A plate of breaded cauliflower is only $4.00. Highly recommend and open on Mondays too.”

“I have been going to Paul's before he was even this location. He is one of the nicest guys I know to my family and I. The food is great and made to order. I used to eat here 4 out of 7 days of the week when I was going to school nearby. They have a wide selection to choose from. If you have a question or problem talk to him and he resolves it as soon as he can. The staff here is great and they can make anything for you if they have the ingredients for it even if it's not on the menu and you call ahead. Plan for a little wait around lunch but that's why you call ahead. Be patient treat people the way you want to be treated and you will have a excellent experience and meal!!!”

“Old school bowling alley with a bar and a separate bar/lounge area and a sandwich/pizza/Mexican food counter. Great for my son's Cub scout pack's bowling outing, though bumpers are manual and can be knocked down if the end is hit by a ball. Electronic scoring system is not quite easy to use and ours fell out of sync with the lane a few times - had to reset the pins on a few occasions. But all the kids had a great time. Parking lot was a little awkward to navigate and was gravel in some areas. Great to have places like this still around but it could use some updates.”

“This store shares a lot of characteristics of other Burger King locations that I visit. From what I experience, every Burger King is understaffed. 2-3 kitchen workers and 1 or 2 counter staff that are almost always doing drive-thru duty as well as front counter. This results in frequent slow service and (IMO) substandard food (primarily cold or lukewarm). One good thing that I'd like to point out is that the locations I visit have all put electrical outlets at all booths along outside walls. And this one at Westchester Commons even has USB ports in the outlets. Thus they are very "mobile-friendly." Much more so than those "deli style" counters that I've seen at McDonald's and elsewhere. I actually can put my laptop in front of me and still have room to eat. Until Burger King learns how to staff their locations, the bar isn't going to be set very high for food quality. But the ability to have my laptop on and powered (plus my mobile hotspot instead of BK's atrociously open hotspots), it comes out as an overall positive experience.”
