On the morning of the reservation she reached out which I think was great customer service. When we arrived on site Ashley provided top of the line customer service. Gave us a tour, explained everything to us, got us through the process quickly and was so friendly. The storage unit and van were both clean. The use of the van was so convenient and unit is priced well. I am very happy with my decision to use Life Storage in Forest Park.
