Many of the staff have been employed by Pershing Gardens for many years so they are very knowledgeable about how to make the culture there an upbeat place to be. It seems everyone cares about everyone and that is a great culture to be immersed in. The Nurses are well trained, and the activity director is a gem who's love of people radiates to all around her. And the cleaning staff works so very hard to keep Pershing fresh and clean.”
